The historical quaintness of the hotel. The location in the center of that district. Breakfast was very good. The staff were all very helpful.
The air conditioning unit was poor and the area was noisy and we had to keep the windows closed at night. We had to park several blocks away since cars were not allowed on the hotel street (but we knew that beforehand).

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff friendly and helpful, restaurant good service/food.
The location was excellent however the street noise at night, people partying, singing went from 10pm to 6am everyday and it was hard to get any sleep. Would not recommend to families or anyone that cares about sleeping at night.
